If you click QR scanner by accident, you cant leave unless you force exit the app. Sometimes the app gets stuck in Digital Wallet mode with no way to exit. Finally, theres no way to add pizzapizza club card to Apple wallet.

It never lets me finalize my order l, it doesnt save my address no matter how many times I enter it and even though I have delivery selected it only gives me pickup options

Tried several times, even reset password. Doesnt login at all. Use website straight, this app doesnt work for your history.

Hasnt been updated in forever.... Not user friendly. Makes you pick a city before you can even get into the app.. Shouldnt it remember it? You also cant change your email address and the app is very slow and crashes. Pizza pizza, get with the times and update your app!

I have always enjoyed pizza pizza ever since I was a kid. The food is great and the app works fast with no problems. The new scratch and win combined with the loyalty balance giving me free stuff makes for a great choice every time! 5 stars

I tried to add my address to order a pizza... Its taken 4 tries and Ive given up because every time I click add address, it resets and deletes the info. Ended up ordering from another franchise.

Save address doesnt work for me. I have tried entering it in the profile and also at the end of an order. Even tried my previous address. Didnt work either. Calling the store is much easier.

Paying with the app is difficult, you need to add Apple Pay integration. Also, the app has so many bugs especially with the paying process.

This app is the slowest app Ive ever used. Every time I click anything it loads for 2 hours. It should also tell me that the restaurant Im ordering from is closed BEFORE I spend the time putting the order together. I still dont have a pizza.

Fix this stupid thing.

Signed me out on my iPad and my phone. Wont let me log back in no matter how many times I reset. Lost my 11-11 information and my scratch rewards. I wont be ordering until its fixed, so deal with it ASAP

Gone downhill. Used to use it often, now it never works. Get all the way through customizing an order, get to place order, continually says "error". This happened on my last try 2 months ago, and again today. Wont even try s third time, too many other places we can order from easily.

I had to re-enter my personal information more than 5 times before it worked, the app is very, very slow and clearly has bugs with updating your profile or checking out. I actually ended up having to order on my computer instead.

Keeps logging out and wont save addresses. Had to order online because its broken

Its a 3 min drive from my house at 6:30pm Tuesday waist of time downloading the app!

Please add apple pay option. Its very convenient.

Easy to use and. Very convienient, also you get free stuff when ordering with the app so thats a plus as well
