May2016 App has issues configuring new items, the support team is useless to recognize the problems and transfer them to the IT team. Frustration is my review. Aug13-2016 still cant Oder certain items from the menu and support still have no answer, they dont reply anymore to my emails/tweets, I think they just use to be ask to fix problems. It is the worst app to order pizza

App looks nice, but I cant seem to be able to save my address or credit card info. I click "done", but it doesnt store the info. Even tried logging out and back in, closing the app, etc. But still doesnt work. Please fix this bug.

I have tried to order from this app MANY times and I have NEVER been able to complete my order. I hate the app and the website! It makes pizza pizza an inconvenient and unappealing place to order from.

No matter what I do, Im unable to add an address. Other than that app works well. Too bad I cant order-Complete waste of time.

The app is very fast compared to the website and it doesnt lag.

I was told to order one offered special on line. So I downloaded the app as I was told to. However the app didnt show the special anywhere. So I called and they told me to do it online. So whoever is managing this app, needs to get it together.

Since the recent update the app wont save your location no matter how many times it place it in. Without your location you cant place your order making the app useless and a complete waste of time.

I tried twice to order and couldnt. My adress wont save. Dominos app is way better

This apps helps me order my pizza without having to deal with another person, which is great! Confused tho that they offer a scratch and win contest but this contest ended almost 3 years ago. Time to update your app Pizza Pizza.

If you are visually impaired and use a screen reader do not download this app it is not compatible contact Pizza Pizza and let them know for a huge corporation they should not have minor issues like this voiceover off

Im unable to use my coupon for the free 3 can pop from the survey. It wont let be apply the coupon, at checkout it show $3.75 for the pop and not free. Please fix this, I wont order until this is fixed.

Works fine but it would be much better if it told you when your order would be ready before you submit it. Sometimes its 15 mins and sometimes its 30 mins and knowing that would impact when I place the order.

Extraordinarily slow load time, no Apple wallet integration for 11-11 club card, no Apple Pay integration, wants to store your credit card info... and to top it off, they use images heavily without screen reader/voiceover support.
